"The effects of Sequestration will be felt in most US ports through the elimination of overtime by CBP which may cause delays in the docking/boarding of vessels.  Restrictions differ from port to port. Individual Moran offices will provide updates via Daily emails along with updating Masters via pre arrival messages.  Should you have any questions do not hesitate to contact the local Moran office"

A weak area of low pressure and an attending frontal boundary will slowly approach from the south during the middle of next week. The remnants of Irma will linger near the region late in the week and into the weekend.
