“The effects of Sequestration will be felt in most US ports through the elimination of overtime by CBP which may cause delays in the docking/boarding of vessels.  Restrictions differ from port to port. Synopsis for the Long Island Waters and New York Harbor... A warm front will approach from the south today, then pass through tonight. Weak low pressure will then approach on Thursday, and slowly move across on Friday. High pressure will then build in through the weekend. Meanwhile, Hurricane Jose will continue to produce long period swells as it meanders about the western Atlantic. Please refer to National Hurricane Center products for more details on Jose.
