Synopsis for the Long Island Waters and New York Harbor... A cold front will approach from the west today and move across the waters tonight. The frontal boundary will then remain stalled offshore on Saturday before lifting north Saturday night as a warm front. A cold front then moves across the area Sunday night into Monday. High pressure then builds into the region for much of next week.
